Who to write about?!?!

Today I narrowed down my research project. I plan on writing on just one of the founding fathers now and their beliefs. I am thinking I will focus on Thomas Paine or Thomas Jefferson. I found some books that have awesome information over both of them. This weekend I plan on finding some more sources that will help me figure more out.

Research Proposal

We are going to be researching one topic for the rest of the semester. We have a research proposal due in about a week. I'm having a hard time coming up with ideas. but I think I would like to write about the founding fathers and religion. Many people in America, particularly Christians, believe that it was founded by Christians therefore we should be able to treat it differently than other religions. I would just like to come at this topic with more of an informational stance rather than persuasive and let the audience decide for themselves.
